How do I get an unprotected file of a song that is no longer available in the iTunes Store? I know I could do iTunes Match with most music (I have an Apple Music subscription), but when I go into the store, it can't find the song. I bought it from the US iTunes Store years ago, and it is no longer available there. Is there a way for me to get the unprotected song file?

Check to see if the same song is available in the Store in another version (remastered, part of a compilation, etc.). Otherwise, no.
Thank you for the response. I'm aware of those options, but I'm hoping there's a way to actually get the unprotected file from Apple, as I would if it were still on the US iTunes Store.
