Click here for information. Note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

User damage, like broken screens, are NOT covered by the free, limited, one-year Apple warranty.

ONLY defects caused by manufacture.

Apple does NOT repair iPads.

To expedite quick customer service, Apple stores and Apple ONLY do in/out-of-warranty device replacement.

User damages, like cracked/broken screens or bent iPads, are ONLY covered by paid, extended, two-year+, AppleCare+ warranty.

If you never purchased this extended, two-year warranty, then be prepared to pay a very expensive cost for another replacement device, in lieu of an actual iPad screen repair.

An out of warranty iPad replacement will cost you approx. 60% of that iPad's original price/cost.

It is what it is.

Sorry & Good Luck to You!
