One year old Apple Watch 5. Suddenly the battery drains almost completely within three hours. Battery "health" is listed as 93 percent. Wearing the watch is virtually useless due to the rapid battery charge. Worked perfectly up to about a week ago.

Made the changes you suggested and battery has dropped only about 19 percent in eight hours. Looks like the problem is solved thanks to your help.
