Garageband Registry Error

I haven't used Garageband for a while, today I tried to open it and to my surprise there was the following error "Registry Error" . I unistalled it and installed again, I cleared the library folders and used "safe mode". Nothing seems to work! I have not found any solutions regarding this problem anywhere. It is very strange because MacOs does not use "registry".
