Apple TV Volume Button Usage

Hi,

I can’t use the volume button of my Apple TV 4K(new series). I press the button but nothing happens. I’d like to turn up&down the volume by the remote control. Can you please help me.

What is your audio setup? Do you use the built-in TV speakers, or something different?
