How to unlock deactivated Iphone 7 and keep unbackuped information?

The glass broke on my iphone 7, with the consequence that password went crazy and the phone locked itself. Now its de-activated and it says connect to itunes. However I can't get it to show on itunes (now music). Instead I have to restore it and I have some important information that I don't think is back-uped.

Is there any way to save it? (as I don't see it when I log in to Icloud) It also asks me, when I connect the phone to the computer if i want to update or restore. If I choose update is it possible to get information back on the phone that has not been back-uped?
