I have a new iPhone 12 plus and when I unplugged it this morning to use, I found the touch screen unresponsive. I tried to turn off by pressing the volume up, down and side buttons and it has me on the emergency screen . I finally got back to home screen but when I try again it triggers the emergency sos and calls 911. Any ideas? I have a business call in an hour...
