Warranty for scratched screen

I’ve only had my watch for one month and the screen already scratched. I guess I was ignorant and thought the glass stronger. I have only worn around the house, walking, sleeping. The retailer I purchased from never suggested a screen protector. I didn’t think it needed one. Anyway, is this covered on a warranty?
