My Mac installed the latest macOS updates about a week ago and since then I keep 'losing' my bookmarks in Safari. I restore from Time Machine. They are there for a day or so and then poof, they are gone again and I have to restore again.
Is anyone else having this issue or know how to get it to stop being an issue?

1. Quit Safari, launch Safari holding the Shift key down.
