CarPlay Ipad
Hi,
Is it possible to connect an iPad to CarPlay? To use navigation etc?

No. iPad's do not support car play.
You can connect the iPad to your car's media center over bluetooth, and if the iPad a cellular model, it can use GPS and navigation apps itself however, so you can use it as the car's navigation screen if you wanted to do that instead of the car's own screen.
