How to you reset an iPad without using iTunes, after too many wrong passcode entries? Message on lock screen is "ipad is disabled connect to itunes". We don't have a computer running iTunes. iPad has never been synced with, or connected to, any other devices. iPad is not running "Find My iPad" with iCloud.

Find someone who has itunes and do this If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
