Deleted data

I was swapping over to my new iPhone whole still signed into the old one and was deleting my messages when it deleted from the new phone as well. Is there a way to recover those I just deleted?

Erase all information from old IPhone I got a new IPhone for Xmas which I downloaded some data from my old IPhone 7 plus to get used to. The new IPhone 13 Max Pro will be replaced with another 13 Max Pro middle of January. I have to erase again all information from the new one when I have to send it back in 2 days. When I erase all data from the new IPhone 13 Max Pro which I have to return in 2 days do I loose all data from all devices like IPhone 7 plus and IPad? I need to sure I don't loose all data when I erase all data from IPhone 13 Max Pro before mail it back. Thank you.

Unfortunately not. What you described is having iCloud for messages on it’s designed to show your messages on every device using the same Apple ID and when it’s on if you take action on one device that happens on all of them, just like iCloud photo library does the same thing..
