Issue in adding card to payment mode to Apple id

I have tried 3-4 cards adding but none of it is been added for payment mode thus I am not able to download applications from app store

please help and resolve problem

Possible fixes.   Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store


                          Payment method declined in iTunes or the App Store.
