New iPad is typing the number 8 when it should be typing I. This also happened on my old iPad. Can anyone explain?

brand new iPad 10.2 8th generation is typing an 8 when it should be typing I. This same exact thing happened on my old iPad. Can anyone help?

Go to Settings > General > Keyboard and turn OFF the item for Key Flicks.
