Hi nitesh156,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities and thanks for posting your issue here! We understand that you're experiencing issues when attempting to update your iPad. We'd be glad to help check this out with you. We noticed that your iPad is using a Personal Hotspot, which wouldn't be sufficient for you to start an update. You'll need to connect to a different Wi-Fi connection that would be more stable.

Alternatively, if you have a computer, you may be able to update it on there instead. You can learn how to do this from Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You'll also want to note that you won't be able to use a Personal Hotspot when updating via a computer. Per the article, it states "If your computer is using Personal Hotspot on the device that you’re updating, connect your computer to a different Wi-Fi or Ethernet network before you update."

Cheers!
