Already delete the app and never do subscription but the app keep charging me. The app is called nebula: horoscope

Hi, I downloaded nebula app several weeks ago and didn’t notice they charged me weekly. Then I delete the app and found out they still charging me. Can you help to stop authorize them my account?

We understand that you're experiencing billing issues with an app that you had a subscription with. You'll want to note that deleting an app won't cancel a subscription, which is why you've continued to get billed for it. To cancel a subscription, follow the steps in How to cancel a subscription from Apple.


In addition, if you'd like to report a problem with these charges, you can do so by following the steps in Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
