Find the serial number or IMEI on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - click here -->

Check Your Service and Support Coverage by clicking here --> https://checkcoverage.apple.com/

If it says the serial number was replaced that likely means they were reported as defective and Apple replaced them but they were not returned to Apple as required, or they were reported lost or stolen from stock or during shipping. No support or service is available for them.

Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
