How to add UK mobile number when setting up new Apple ID

For UK mobile numbers you take the 0 off the front and then type the next four digits in the area code section (123) and the last six digits in the number section (123456789)

I don´t have my phone number anymore to log in to my Apple account. Any ideas? Hi, I recently moved between countries and I was logging into my apple account. Then I realised that the phone number I used to log in, is the number that I used in the country I used to live in, and I don´t have that number anymore. Is there a way for me to log in, in a different way, or change the phone number to my new one? Best regards, Karl
