Request Access to microphone and camera on Macbook Air Privacy Security Setting Does Not Appear

I had this problem since I upgraded to MacOs Big Sur 11.1 and now I'm on 11.4 and there's still no improvement.

Every time I try to use the camera and mic on Discord App that I downloaded on my MacBook, Google Meet on Google Chrome, Skype, etc. it doesn't work! I tried talking to Apple Support but they said the problem is on Google Chrome.

I can use google meet using Safari Browser but there are features that are only available on Google Chrome, for e.g. Google Chrome Background Effects.

I tried everything, from VPN, to re-downloading Google Chrome, Opera Mini and Firefox but they all have the same problem. All microphone and camera's are blocked or muted.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.4
