It sounds as though you would like to redeem a Walmart Gift Card in the iTunes and App Store. You've come to a great place for help. There isn't a way to redeem a third-party gift cards in the iTunes Store and App Store. You may be able to visit a Walmart location and purchase an iTunes Store gift card using the Walmart gift card if available at that location. That would best be answered by Walmart though.
