I HAVE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT BUT STILL WHEN TRY TO RE DOWNLOAD OR PURCHASE ANY APP FROM STORE WILL GET DIRECTED TO BILLING INFO WHICH AFTER ENTERING MY APPLE ID, NOTHING HAPPENS?!
