Gif as Wallpaper?
Is it possible to set a gif as my mac wallpaper. I tried GifPaper and Animated Gif but they don't work.

I don't think so. You can, however, export the several frames of the gif as jpeg or png files, store them in a folder and choose that folder as the source for the desktop images, and set "Change picture" to "every 5 seconds" or other of the interval choices.
