Which workout should I select when im in TRX class?


  1. High intensity interval training
  2. Functional strength training
  3. Or something else? and what?

That's a difficult question to answer as it will depend on how intense your TRX session is:

  1. You go from one exercise to the next within 30 sec and keep a high hear rate: Select HIIT
  2. You rest between exercises for more than 1 min and you heart rate drops: Select Functional Training or Traditional Strength Training.
  3. If none of the above, select the "Other" workout: it will not track as well your workout but you'll get credit for it


Lastly there are some apps on the App Store that purport to track TRX workouts. I have not experience with them but you might give them a try.
