How add contact info to Lock Screen on iPhone 12? (to aid recovery if phone is lost)

On my prior Android devices I could add my email contact info to the Lock Screen for someone who finds my lost phone to communicate with me. Per searches it looks like this was also possible on earlier iPhone versions. But I find no way to do this on iPhone 12, other than adding text to the image that is on the Lock Screen. I change the Lock Screen image frequently and don’t want to add text to it every time.
