External keyboard issues

I just bought the logitech keyboard k480 and it is not working fine on my ipad air 4. Some keys like “J”, “k”, “L”, “M”, “o”, 7, ,8, 9 are not working and is concerning me. The keyboard is working fine when I connect it my iphone and also my windows PC but somehow it’s not working on iPad. Which again brings me hope that the keyboard is fine, but there is some issue with the pairing or configuration on the ipad.

if anyone has any solutions please let me know.

Thanks!

iPad Air, iPadOS 14

If 789uiojkl are not working, it means you need to turn OFF Mouse Keys in your accessibility settings.

Hi Tom,
there is some constant issue with the keyboard. Now only function keys are working and not the alphabet and number keys.
what should I do?

For that kind of problem best try another keyboard and contact Logitech support. It doesn't sound like a problem with the iPad.
