You can’t cancel a purchase. It will go through now. You can cancel a subscription and if that is what you are asking about, the see the link that frazzm737 posted for you.

You received a mail from app store once you made an payment through app store. Click on the mail and you can see there's a link to "Report a problem", Go to the link an report your problem. And you can request a refund, they will respond you within 48hours.
