Hi,

Resetting NVRAM could solve the issue.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, startup in safe mode then normal boot could solve the issue.

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

If it also doesn't help, following article could help your issue.

If your Mac starts up to an Apple logo or progress bar - Apple Support
