My iphone gets off at 23-30% of battery
My phone gets of with 30% of battery and when I charge then it gets 20-40% immediately

Well, most likely you installed an inferior quality battery; apparently you didn’t have Apple install it, and from your screen shot, it wasn’t even an Apple-spec battery.
There is one thing to try, since it isn’t an Apple battery with a built in state of charge monitor; try to recalibrate the battery gauge. To do that:
- Charge the phone to 100%
- Use the phone until it drops to 0% and shuts down
- Charge the phone to 100% while not using it.
This is how you could calibrate the battery gauge on older phones that didn’t have “smart” batteries.
