Updated to 2 TB of memory and still says I dont have enough memory to back up photos.

The graph says I clearly have tons of available storage

Any ideas?

Hey there, Jumpinfish.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! Thanks for posting about not being able to use your purchased iCloud storage. We'd be glad to see what we can do to help you out.

The first step we'd suggest is to simply Restart your iPhone, as that may cause iCloud to resync thus noticing and accepting the new storage plan and allowing you to back up your photos. If that doesn't help, verify that your iPhone is fully updated to the latest version of iOS and try once again. If restarting doesn't help and you're already fully updated, Get Support directly from Apple here for more.

Take care.
