how to backup a phone when cant see screen

We see you're having a bit of an issue using your iPhone screen and would like to know some back up options.

There are a couple of different ways to back up an iPhone that has screen damage.

If you've used your iPhone with your computer in the past, authorized your iPhone to trust your computer, or created a backup on the computer, you may have the option to plug it in and begin the backup without the computer needing further information or input.

One other option would be if you had enabled the automatic iCloud backup. If you had that set up, the iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi, and plugged in to charge, it should automatically back up the device as long as it is in reasonable working condition to do so.
