why are sm websites blocked on safari

hi yes im under 18 and have a ton of parental controls on my device. what i dont understand is why there are so many restrictions? the word “straight” is restricted when i google it and some shopping links are also access restricted. does anyone know a workaround? its a real hassle when i try to google stuff for school and it tells me the website is blocked..
