Getting rid of old owners account

I purchased a second hand MacBook Pro, the Find my Mac is still turn on by the previous owner.

How to turn it off if I can't access the owner's Apple ID passwords?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.4

Only the previous owner can do that.
