Trouble resetting password

I tap on “forgot password.”



After I enter the verification code that was texted to my phone, it brings up another screen and a sks me for a verification code that was sent to my email. I never get that email and it’s the correct email. Then it tells me I have to wait for four days. I keep going in circles! I need to reset my password so I can download apps.


What should I do, now?
