This app, for which I have a current premium subscription expiring in a month, only offers new premium subscriptions, but not a 'cancel subscription' as with other premium apps.
As I definitely want to cancel, I wonder how to do it.

We understand from your post that you would like to cancel a subscription but don't see the option to cancel it. If there is no option to cancel your subscription, you should see a date when the subscription is expiring. To start your subscription again you would choose one of the premium subscriptions listed.

If there is no Cancel it has already been canceled. However, the subscription will be active until the end of the current period.
Simply Piano by JoyTunes app does not list cancel subscription
