Deleting apps

Hello! How could I delete apps from my iPhone 8? I have no button to delete it, it always stay at my library, and only icon go from my screen, but app is still at my iphone and take place at my phone.

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
