Hi, the Apple Card is different in many ways compared to other credit cards available in the US. one of those ways is authorized users are not an option of the Apple Card.


Instead, there are Participants and Co-owners. Here is an Apple Support article on adding Participants and Co-owners,

You will be required to join a Family Sharing Group in order to be invited to be either a Participant or Co-owner.
