I am an intern at my company and I have been tased with fixing the ipads. We have ipads outside of every meeting room and they are plugged into the wall. The last company that used our office left them and didn't sign out of their Apple ID so we can't update them without the password. Plus we want to use our own account on them but we can seem to get them logged out and completely clear the iPad. I was wondering if there is a solution to this problem?
Get the last company to release the iPads. Without the
AppleIDs and passcodes used to initiate the Activation Lock,
the iPads will remain as they are. There is no workaround
for the security features of Activation Lock.
