How do I buy movies for my tablet that I can watch without WiFi?
I don’t know how I purchase movies to put on my iPad that I can play without WiFi? #

You need to purchase ( NOT rent ) movies through the Apple iTunes store and let them completely download to your iPad.
You need PLENTY of intenal data storage space to do this, though depending on how many movies you plan to download to your iPad.
Once they are completely downloaded to your iPad, you should no longer need ANY WiFi connection to play these movies directly from your iPad.
