Voice Memo App spontaneously recording.

Has anyone had an issue with Voice Memo App spontaneously recording? My iPhone did this at work and I have no explanation for it. I saw there were 26 New Recordings. If anyone has an explanation or how to fix it I would really appreciate it.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14
