united app will not save boarding pass to wallet

We're glad you thought to ask Apple Support Communities about the issue you're having with saving your boarding pass in the Wallet app. If you haven't already, restart your iPhone as that can resolve many odd issues: Restart your iPhone

If the behavior continues, make sure any available update for the United app is installed: How to manually update apps on your Apple device

Then try to add the pass again: How to use Wallet on your iPhone, iPod touch, and Apple Watch

That's really good to know. With it not working on your other device too, you may need to reach out to the app developer.
