my iphone will not toggle to turn wifi on or off and it will not connect to wifi

I'm having the exact same problem. It's been weeks. 8+ won't even toggle on to wifi. It's like it's restricted from parental settings or something. I've reset the network, phone on and off, up to date iOS. Nothing is working. help please! I've even called customer support!

In my case , My wifi and bluetooth both have been greyed out after my iOS software update to 14.6. The phone will or allow me to enable wifi or Bluetooth.

Have run the diagnostics and found that both the functions have been affected after the update while chewing through expensive cellular 4G data. I have tried to reset all network settings and also visited a service provider who mentioned, take it up with Apple as we can only sell you a new phone.

Same issue, this is just terrible and totally unfair . We are forced to be buy a new phone just because of a software update 14.6! Really ? Apple please release a bug fix
