when my phone locked anyone can open my phone by Siri without passcode or face id
how to stop that?!!!

What in particular are you seeing?
You can start by shutting off Settings -> Siri & Search -> Allow Siri When Locked.
What is Settings -> TouchID (or FaceID) & Passcode -> Require Passcode set to?
Yes, but how long is it set to?
Siri can open your phone if it has not yet reached the time the passcode would be required to reopen it.
I make it already but still can activate siri from Lock Screen it’s mean same problem
Siri can do many things from a locked state, but for others it will ask you to unlock your device first.

When i locked my phone and use the side button for siri and ask her can you open my phone and siri open my lock
notes: i told one friend to try it in my phone and he open my phone by his voice also
