Error code -42671

I was playing music on Apple Music while wearing my AirPods and it suddenly and it gave me an error code saying ‘this operation could not be completed. An unknown error occurred (-42671)

How do I solve this?

First, we recommend checking out this article with steps for How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and quit the Music app. Once it’s closed, Restart your iPhone and test to see if the issues are still going on.

Do you see this error when you are not using the AirPods?

Hello

I did try restarting

closing the App

I also tried to log off iCloud and go back in but it didn’t do anything

it does happen I am not using AirPods also

additional data is that I change my email about 3 weeks ago and since the. I started having problems. I don’t if it’s related somehow

any other suggestions
