How do I alphabetize the apps in the app drawer of my iPad Pro?

There is no way to see apps in alpha order on an iPad running iOS14. When you download an app it will download to the first Home Screen after the first one that has a space available on it. Just swipe through the home screens.

Hi, thanks for responding. You are talking to someone who is pretty tech illiterate here so bear with me. I am talking about the apples that appear after you download them. They are not in alphabetical order and I am having a hard time finding particular apps that I know I have. Is there a way to do that? Btw, I have no idea what I am running. I just got the iPad this week. Thanks for any help you can offer!
