Regularly used apps keep reinstalling on iPad and iPhone, why?

Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with apps removing, then reinstalling daily. It sounds like the apps may be offloading due to low storage. If you tap Settings > General > iPad Storage, how much available storage do you have? If you are low, the system will help to make more space available by offloading least used apps. To see if this setting is turned on tap Settings > App Store, then see if the slider is green for "Offload Unused Apps". If it is, you can turn this feature off to keep the apps from offloading.

Were you able to check your available storage to see if that is the cause of the apps offloading? If the device needs storage to manage tasks it will offload apps to provide temporary storage.
