Can I buy an Apple Watch that does translations like my iPhone does?

Hi Apple Community,

Can I buy an Apple Watch that does translations like my iPhone does?

I see in the publicity for Series 6 that ' Translations ' is mentioned, but no details on how to use the function.

I am an Australian living in Germany and trying to learn the German Language. An Apple watch would be easier to - put in front of someone's face - than my iPhone. :-)
