I am planning to upgrade to the Apple One subscription and have a Apple Music and ICloud subscription. If i have already paid my subscription for the month will i be charged full price if i upgrade in the same month?

Apple doesn't do support by email at all.
Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

There's also Twitter support, though from what I read it may be slow.
Thank you, this is not exactly what I was looking for. Since my post there have been a lot of refunds and charges to my account and all incorrect and what is so frustrating is that I can’t speak to an agent via email. Not sure how to deal with this as I am in South Africa and we do not have the Support APP.
