Not enough space in iCloud.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your iCloud Storage. We'd like to help.

We see that you are unable to upload your Photos/Videos to iCloud as it's showing you do not have enough storage for this. What happens when you click Manage Storage? Does it give you some options to adjust your storage? This resource should help: Manage your iCloud storage

After making adjustments there, are you able to complete that upload?
