Ipad screen is black and won't turn on

My iPad shut off for no reason today and I have done everything from letting it charge to force restart... nothing is working and I really need some help. I have looked at your article about this and it said to go here if the problem continues so here I am. If anyone knows what to do please help me.

If you already tried (to no avail) the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support, it might be a battery or screen glitch but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.

Please contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support , or make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Regards

Giulio
