My sister and I have been having trouble with youtube thumbnails not showing correctly. This problem is replicated on my macbook on Safari, Chrome, Firefox, iPhone/iPad App.
Troubleshoots done: 1) Restart Modem/Router (didn't fix); 2) Clear Cache/Delete Cookies (still didn't fix); 3) Restart laptop/mobile device (problem still persists).
Is this a youtube issue, or an apple issue? Because I don't know what else to do.

I know youtube is working. The videos do work when I click on them. I just tried to use mobile data on my phone, and the thumbnails actually loaded!
I decided to restart my modem/router one more time, and it finally fixed! I wonder why it didn't fix the first time I had restarted it.

YouTube server is working.
If all browsers refuse to load, possibly it could be an ISP issue.
Does this happen if you try on mobile data instead of Wifi?
